Carmel Bristol - Giving

GIVING

carmel: ministries international is a registered charity which financially supports many different channels that touch both the local and wider community, and which include the following:

Why give to charity?

Apart from the obvious fact that your giving benefits the charity directly, there are tax benefits to you, the giver. For full and up to date information from Inland Revenue please see their print-out ‘Giving to charity by individuals’.

What can I give?

carmel: ministries international welcomes and appreciates all gifts received whether large or small, one-off or regular payments.

You may have practical resources to give such as land, buildings, shares, securities or inheritance, all of which may qualify for tax relief. If monetary gifts are made, whether you are a base rate or higher rate tax payer there are benefits of tax-efficient giving which can make it cheaper to donate to charity or make your donation go further. Higher rate tax payers can offset gifts made against their tax.

How can I give?

You can give by cheque or Bacs payment.
