carmel: ministries international are hosting a one day workshop which is designed specifically for Ministry Chief Executive Officers, Administrators, Associate pastors, Directors, Division and Department Heads.

Facilitated by Dr Radtke, the Founder and CEO of The Institute of Ministry Management and Leadership, it will provide intensive training to equip church leaders and take them to consistently higher levels of peak ministry performance.

Training in the most effective methods of functioning in support of the CEO, leaders learn the ‘how to’ application of methods, systems and processes to:Protect the anointing on the CEO’s life;Support the CEO in accomplishing the vision God has given;Allow the CEO to direct and keep the pulse of the ministry effectiveness in obtaining the mandated results with minimised involvement and requirement to do the work.
